Software enables design review, a more efficient strategy indeed

The team at Elevator Strategy needed a more efficient way to communicate with their clients. Pencilneck Software provided a custom extranet tool that allows graphic designers to get an electronic vote or consensus on materials presented. They simply upload a pdf or image of what they want reviewed then indicate the people that should review their work. They then press save and every voting member gets an email with a secured link to the item they are to vote on. After clicking on the link, they can rate, comment and approve/disapprove the work presented.
After using the system, Jeff Kew, Studio Manager of Elevator Strategy said "After the training and a bit of practice this system has proven itself to be a real time saver. Pencilneck provided a Basic CMS and customized extranet to Elevator Strategy. Design was provided by Elevator Strategy. Special programming was completed to enable flash files and advanced style sheet programming to work in the CMS. This extra effort made this well-designed site unique and long-lasting.
